Professional Information 

Monroe J. Feldman is a graduate of John Marshall Law School and he was admitted to the Georgia Bar in  1975 when he began practicing in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury and aviation law. Since then Monroe has handled cases all through the nation, including many murder and felony cases. He has also obtained many large monetary settlements throughout the Southeast for his personal injury clients.

Monroe has obtained favorable jury verdicts and settlements for clients in wrongful death, worker's compensation, asbestos, products liability and medical malpractice cases. Monroe has also tried several  murder , felony and misdemeanor cases in addition to the numerous FAA enforcement cases, DUI/DWI and traffic violation cases.

He has served as the Chair and has been member of the board of directors of several Atlanta and State Bar Association sections, committees and programs.  He has been given awards for serving the legal community for over 30 years. Monroe has also been very active in his community and he has spent countless hours in lecturing and working on pro bono projects designed to educate high school students on their legal rights responsibilities, and consequences of their actions.  He is also a member of the Blue Knights International.

Monroe is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit located in Richmond, Virginia; the 5th Circuit located in New Orleans, Louisiana; and the 11th Circuit located in Atlanta, Georgia; and the Supreme Court of the United States of America located in Washington, D.C.  Monroe is also a member of the Georgia State Bar, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America,  the Atlanta Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the ABA Advisory Panel, the Association of Federal Defense Attorneys, the NTSB Bar Association, the Aircraft Owners and Pilot's Association Lawyer Reference Panel, and the Lawyers-Pilot Bar Association.  He is also a member of several legal membership sections including the Sole Practitioner/Small Firm, Aviation, Criminal Law, and Litigation sections of the Georgia State Bar and the Atlanta Bar.  Monroe is a member of The Aero Club of Atlanta and The Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
